Fees, Credits & Deposits

Rental Fees

These fees are for renting any production space in the facility. Special reduced rates are available.

 

General Rates:

1 to 10 hrs/wk

$25 / hr

11 to 20 hrs / wk

$20 / hr

21+ hrs/wk

$15 / hr

 

Special Rates:

  • Packaging Only - $15 / hr

  • 80 hrs Pre-Pay - $1200 ($15 / hr, limit 90 days, no credits)

  • Vendor Truck / Cart Package - Coming soon

The first step to using PFAP is applying HERE.

 


Initial Consultation - $50

If an application is approved, it is followed by the initial face-to-face meeting for an evaluation of the prospective client’s needs versus PFAP resources, as well as a point by point walk-through of steps needed to proceed. During this meeting we will discuss:

 

  • Your product in detail

  • Our services in detail

  • Tour the facility

  • Inform you of our requirements, rules & policies

  • Discuss the potential regulatory oversight

  • Assess if we can meet your needs

  • Provide suggestions & resources based on the above

 


Registration & Orientation - $50

If you decide to proceed, the next steps are registration & orientation :

 

  • Register new Clients with our facility

  • Personnel registration for 2 client users

  • Verification of requirements

  • Finalize paperwork

  • Facility orientation

  • Rules & policies / SOP orientation

  • Basic approved equipment training

 

Additional new employee orientation - $10

This fee applies to all additional employees of the client beyond the initial first two, and provides:

 

  • Employee registration

  • Facility orientation

  • Rules & policies / SOP orientation

  • Basic approved equipment training

 

Security Deposit - $50

Cleaning Deposit - $50

 


Other Fees & Credits

The fees & credits apply to all users, unless otherwise noted:

 

  • Supplies Fee - $5 per use (all users)

  • Special Equipment Use* - $5 / hr

  • Off-Hours Credit (10pm to 6am) - $5 / hr

  • Plus 7-day Notice Cancellation Fee - $25

  • Under 7-day Notice Cancellation Penalty – 50%

Fees charged for the storage of foods & supplies, varied in amount based on the location and type of storage.
